From PC support intern to CIO, Dan has been in the technology arena for 30 years and counting. He has programmed applications, architected systems, and designed secure data warehouses for oil & gas, hospitality, telecommunications, and education entities. Dan has led IT teams both large and small, from governmental entities to multi-national conglomerates to entrepreneurial startups. In his role as a technology strategist and IT advisor, Dan guides organizations on the effective use of technology to accomplish business goals.

Gina counsels clients of all types on the best strategic options for protecting their key products and technology. Often these options include procuring patents and asserting patents to stop infringement and counterfeiting.   Gina helps clients build strong patent portfolios by outlining filing strategies that consider U.S. and foreign rights, taking into account various types of protection options, such as utility and design rights, leading invention harvesting sessions, and considering creative solutions for IP protection.

Lisa has extensive experience counseling clients in a wide range of business sectors in all aspects of trademark law.  Her experience spans domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution and portfolio development, enhancement and management, advertising and marketing counseling, trademark licensing, endorsement and sponsorship arrangements, intellectual property asset acquisitions, Internet and domain name issues, and infringement matters for branded products and services of all kinds.
